Abstract
1. Датчик давления с частотным выходным сигналом по а.с. №427256, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения точности и стабильности выходной характеристики датчика при измерении абсолютных давлений, в нем цилиндрический резонатор заключен в трубку круглого сечения из вакуумплотного диэлектрика, концы которой через переходные втулки из металла, образующего согласованный спай с материалом диэлектрика, соединены с концами резонатора и образуют с ним и с трубкой из диэлектрика герметичную кольцевую камеру.2. Датчик по п.1, отличающийся тем, что трубка из диэлектрика соединена с концами резонатора фланцевым соединением, плоские участки которого образованы с одной стороны переходными втулками, соединенными с резонатором, а с другой - развитыми торцовыми поверхностями трубки из диэлектрика, либо промежуточными втулками из металла, соединенными с трубкой из диэлектрика.3. Датчик по пп.1 и 2, отличающийся тем, что диэлектрическая трубка выполнена из конденсаторной керамики на основе титаната бария или цирконато-титаната свинца.1.
