Description
(54) METHOD FOR PREPARING A MINERAL Blower
The invention relates to methods for producing chemical compounds used as tanning agents for leather. There is a known method for producing titanium tanning for leather, which consists in / that salting out titanyl and ammonium sulfate from a titanium sulfate solution is salted out by adding sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate to the solution and then washing the precipitate 1. The disadvantage of this method is the production of / compound having relatively low tanning properties. The aim of the invention is to increase the tanning properties of the tanning agent. The goal is achieved by obtaining mineral tanning material by salting it out of a titanium sulfate solution with ammonium sulfate and sulfuric acid, followed by washing the precipitate in a slurry obtained after salting out, in the amount of 5-50 g / l for 0.2- 1.0 hour. Example 1. Take 1 liter of titanium sulfate solution containing 30 g / l of titanium dioxide. 200 ml of ammonium sulfate and 120 ml of 93%% SOj4 are introduced into it within one hour. 1230 ml of pulp is obtained. 5 g of nepheline concentrate is added to it over 15 minutes. The pulp is filtered and washed. . 1 The yield of mineral tanning agent is 170 g. The titanium dioxide content is 15.8%. . PRI mme R 2. Take 1 liter of titanium sulphate solution, ss constituting 200 g / l of titanium dioxide. 500 g of ammonium sulfate and 295-ml 93% are introduced into it over three hours. 1550 ml of pulp is obtained. For one hour, add 50 g of nepheline concentrate to it. The pulp is filtered and washed. Mineral tanning yield 1180 g. It contains titanium dioxide 16.2%. -. Example 3. Take 1 L of titanium sulphate solution containing 100 g / l of titanium dioxide. 300 g of ammonium sulfate and 176 ml of 93% are introduced into it within two hours. 1320 ml of pulp is obtained, and 25 g of nepheline concentrate is added to it over 45 minutes. The pulp is filtered and washed.
16%-.The yield of mineral tanning agent is 600 g. It contains 16% of tyrant dioxide.
