Description
, Таблица 1(54) COMPOSITION FOR GETTING POLYURETHANE FOAM Isocyanate 49.0-62.0 Oxypropylated ethylenediamine19.0-29.0 Surfactant 0.6-0.8 Foaming agent1.8-11.3 Dose Ethylene Ethylene Diphene Glycol 6, 5-21.0 . The use in the formulation of only oxypropane clonidine (Lapromol - 294 having a high viscosity (140-150 thousand sP at 25 ° C) makes mixing difficult and does not allow to obtain a foam with improved properties. The use of diethylene glycol (fosdiol) in the composition also having a low viscosity (450- 470 cP) makes it possible to reduce the viscosity of the whole mixture, to obtain a foam with the desired strength properties and to introduce into the composition of polyurethane foam an extinguishing element - phosphorus. Active ingredient - phosphorus The use of polyester (instead of inert trichloroethyl phosphate) also increases the heat content of the foam. Thus, the introduction of azo containing and phosphorus-containing polyether polystyrene in the composition makes it possible to obtain polyurethane foams with high MI Strength characteristics and heat resistance, low fuel consumption without the use of toxic catalysts. can be carried out as follows: two working mixtures - polyester, consisting of Lapromol - 294, fosdiol, surface-active About the substance and blowing agent, and the isocyanate is poured into the tanks of the filling machine intended for them, from where they are pumped to the mixing head. In the mixing head, the composition is intensively mixed and poured into a mold, where it foams and cures. As an isocyanate, any isocyanate with two or more active HCl groups, for example polyisocyanate, can be used; polysiloxane foam regulators, for example CEP-1, as a foaming agent, boiling liquids, for example Freon-11, can be used as a surfactant. Examples 1-15. In all examples, compositions are prepared and polyurethane foams are prepared based on them, as described above. The compositions of the compositions in wt.% Depending on the volume weight of the resulting polyurethane foam are given in table. 1.3 and 5, and the properties of the resulting polyurethane foam - in the table. 2.4 and 6 (density 0.07; 0.15 and 0.3 g / cm, respectively). , Table 1
