Description

Изобретение относитс  к металлообработке и может быть использовано при механической обработке деталей малой жест кости. Известен способ обточки на токарных станках длинных валиков и других деталей малой жесткости, при котором с целью уменьшени  возможности по влени  изгибающих деформаций и вибраций, к зад нему концу валика прикладьтают раст гивающее усилие путем обратного перемеще ни  пиноли задней бабки 11. Вследствие того, что жесткость приспособлени , закрепленного в пиноли задней бабки дл  обеспечени  возможности обработки с раст жением, ниже жесткости узла передней бабки, по вл етс  погрешность обработки в продольном направлении детали. Цель изобретени  - повышение точнос обработки. Дл  этого величину раст гивающего усили  уменьшают, начина  от среднего сечени  детали и до конца обработки. На токарном станке, в двух обращенных друг к другу патронах закрепл ют заготовку. Обратным перемешением пино- ли задней бабки создают требуемую величину раст гивак цего усили . Обрабатывают резцом деталь до половины длины. Начина  с половины длины детали, осуществл ют плавное линейное уменьшение усили  раст жени  до конца обработки, т.е. до момента перемещени  резпа в крайнее левое положение, к ведущему токарному патрону. После обработки деталь освобождают из двух патронов и снимают со станка .. Режимы осуществлени  способа: диаметр заготовки 5 мм, длина заготовки 250 мм, раст гивающее усилие 25О кг, число оборотов детали 160О об/мин, глубина -резани  0,25 мм, подача 0,15 мм/об. Усилие измен ют с 25О кг до 5О кг, начина  с середины заготовки (по закону треугольника) в соответствии с эпюрой прогибов, возникающих от действи  ради- .альной составл ющей силы резани .The invention relates to metalworking and can be used in the machining of small stiffness parts.
