Известно устройство дл обезвоживани углеводородных сред с помощью магнитного пол , содержащее рабочую емкость , котора выполнена по типу мапштного сердечника устройство может эффективно при . мен тьс дл обработки только больших объемов, требует больших энергозатрат и применени сверхпровод щих материалов. Применение этого устройства дл обработки небольших объемов жидкости (водонеф- т ной эмульсии), например, на групповых пунктах сбора и промысловой подготовки нефти, производительность которых состав л ет 50О-600 т нефти в сутки, неэкономично , так как затраты на электроэнергию , оборудование и сверхпровод щие материалы не смогут окупитьс на прот жении дес тков лет. Наиболее близким к предлагаемому по технической сущности и достигаемому результату вл етс устройство дл обезвоживани и обессоливани нефти в магнитном поле, включающее канал, стенки которого выполнены из магнитов 2. Недостатком этого устройства вл етс то, что жидкость подвергаетс обработке маг штным полем в ламинарном р&жиме , а этого недостаточно дл эффективного разрушени быстростареюших эмульсий , имеющих прочные бронирующие оболочки , .например эмульсии высоков зких нефтей. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности разрушени эмульсий высо- ков зких нефтей и ускорение разделени фаз.
