(54) HIGH-TEMPERATURE CAMERA-PREFERRING DIFFRACTOMETER TO X-RAY DEVIVERSE CURVE, consisting of a motor and a spindle supporting the sample holder; included in the ring undercuts on the spindle and overlapping the gap together with the spindle screens. The drawing shows a diagram of the design of the camera set-top box. The high-temperature camera-attachment to the X-ray diffractometer includes a housing 1 with windows 2 for transmitting x-rays, and a high-vacuum pump 3 with a valve 4 for pre-pumping and fitting 5 for placing a vacuum sensor The ceramic-free tape heater 6 is surrounded by a radiation screen 7. 7. Ventilation 7. from a refractory metal, e.g. tungsten, and installed so that a gap is formed between them for the passage of x-rays. The holder 8 of the sample 9 is fixed in the spindle 10 of the rotating mechanism. The spindle 10 consists of sleeves 11 made of a refractory metal, in which ring grooves 12 are made, and separating heat-insulating inserts 13. Radiation screens 14 are mounted on housing 1, which enter the ring grooves on the spindle and together with the screens 15 on the spindle 10 completely overlap the gap between it and the housing 1. The camera attachment is fixed on the x-ray diffractometer goniometer through a mechanism 16 designed for alignment, which allows the sample surface to be aligned without disturbing the vacuum. and with the axis of rotation Gonio meter. Making the spindle composite of a refractory metal and heat-insulating inserts and supplying its radiation shields allows the working temperature to be increased to 2000 ° C, which, with a vacuum of no worse than 10 mm Hg, significantly expands the range of possible objects and the range of tasks that can be solved A diffractometer equipped with the proposed camera attachment was used. Claims of Invention A high temperature camera attachment to an X-ray diffractometer, comprising a sealed enclosure with windows for passing X-rays, a heater surrounded by radiation shields, a rotating mechanism consisting of a motor and a spindle supporting the sample holder, which is designed to expand the temperature of the research range, the spindle is made of a composite of refractory metal bushings with annular recesses and separating insulating inserts, and on a sealed case, see ntirovany radiation screens coming within the annular groove on the spindle and overlapping the gap together with screens of the spindle.
