От известных устройств такого рода предлагаемое устройство отличаетс тем, что ступенчатые участки лент выполнены прогрессивно сближающимис по направлению от загрузочного бункера к выводному щнеку. Такое расположение ступенчатых участков дает возможность использовать ленты транспортеров не только дл транспортировки обрабатываемого в камере сырь , но и дл его прессовани . Последнее необходимо дл образовани в начальном и конечном пунктах движени сырь пробок, преп тствующих прорыву пара как в загрузочный бункер дл сырь , так и в выводной шнек.From the known devices of this kind, the proposed device is distinguished by the fact that the stepped sections of the belts are made progressively converging in the direction from the loading hopper to the lead out screw. Подверга сь обработке паром , оно перемещаетс последовательно со ступени 4 на ступень 5 и так далее до ступени 8, откуда поступает в выводной щнек 9. В пунктах I и II устройства рассто ни между верхними и нижними лентами , сближающимис под углом, выбраны такими, чтобы сырье спрессовывалось до образовани пробок. Эти пробки преп тствуют выходу пара из паровой камеры в бункер 1 и в шнек 9.
