The CURRENT of each section being joined consists of two cylindrical sections of different diameters connected by a truncated transition cone, the smaller KOToporQ base is edged to the end of the section and filled with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the metal cage. The angle of inclination to the pile axis of the generatrix of the transition cone may not exceed the angle of inclination of the chamfer of the metal casing, and each cylindrical section adjacent to the larger base of the transition cone may be filled with slots. Each dock section can be equipped with a fixed ring metal part installed in the body of the section along its perimeter at the beginning of the end section. The side surfaces of the end sections of the jointed sections can be provided with an outer coating of grease or hardening material. FIG. 1 shows a section of a driving pile before joining, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is the same after docking; in fig. 3 - a variant of constructive execution of the end portion of the section with slot. The sections 1 of the driving pile are made with cylindrical end & 2 sections installed with tension in the internal cavity of the metal casing 3 with the front, stone 4 on the BHyrpeHtrnx edges. At the end sections, cylindrical protrusions 5f diameter of which is less than the inner diameter of the yoke are made; 3. The protrusion 5 is connected to the cylindrical section 2 by a transverse truncated cone 6. The protrusion 5 facilitates the installation of the section to be joined in the holder, and the cone 6 provides for the smooth growth of tensile stresses in the holder. This also contributes to the equality or excess of the angle of inclination of the generatrix of the chamfer 4 piles over the angle of inclination of the generatrix of the cone 6 to the same axis. The total length of the two end sections of the joined sections 2 can be performed with the splines 7. 3 process, joining the surface of the concrete splines of 7 cm is found, ensuring reliable adhesion of the pile section to the metal casing and not allowing the cage itself to collapse. Longitudinal protrusions are easier to manufacture than transverse grooves in a known construction. An embedded ring part may be located in the body of the section to be joined at the beginning of the end section, either in the form of a flat ring 8 or from an angle profile 9. This part during forging prevents possible splitting of concrete with laminated 3 and displacement of the yoke from the end section. The side surfaces of the end sections 2 have 1kumeyh; sections I can be coated with a lubricant, for example grease, which speeds up the processes; buttszhani Instead of a lubricant, there may be a layer of hard material, such as cement paste. When joining, this layer plays the role of a lubricant, and after hardening it increases the strength of the joint. In the sleeves 3, a hole S is drilled to press in excess lubricant or hard material. The docking process is performed in the following way. An upper section is put on the upper end section of the clogged section, the lower end of the next section is inserted into it, and a hammer is docked on its upper end. The force of driving after joining is transmitted to the lower section through the sections, since the length of the clip is less than the total length of the cylindrical end sections included therein. The use of the invention makes it possible to simplify the processes of making and joining sections of piles, as well as to reduce the metal intensity of the yoke due to a more uniform distribution of stresses in it. Claim 1.
