Цель преложенного изобретени  повышение надежности электроизол ции и упрощение изготовлени . Эта достигаетс  тем, что у площадки дл  обслуживани  технологического оборудовани , наружные части которого имеют электрический потенциал , включающей настил и вертикальные опоры с диэлектрической прослойкой дл  изол ции площадки от потенциала земли, диэлектрическа  прослойка выполнена в виде стакана,,верхний обрез которого размещен выше поверхности земли, причем вокруг опоры на уровне верхнего обреза стакана выполнено покрытие из диэлектрического материала.
