The invention relates to the construction and can be used in the construction of monolithic concrete and reinforced concrete structures. Thermoactive formwork board is known, which includes a deck, a carbon fiber heating element located between the layers of non-conducting paper, and a thermal insulation layer 1. The shield’s drawbacks are the manufacturing complexity and relatively high heat losses due to the installation of a heater on the back side of the deck. The closest to the invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is a shield of thermoactive formwork, including an electric heating element, made in the form of a film of a hardened composition based on graphite coke and liquid glass and located on the front surface of the deck 2. The disadvantage of this shield is that that the heat insulating layer is made of a fragile material, for example, slagate, and is located behind a metal base (deck), which complicates the design of the shield, which requires additional Nogo framing thermal insulation, and results in the loss of heat by th heating the metal deck. The aim of the invention is to reduce labor costs for the manufacture of the shield and reduce heat loss. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a thermoactive shield of the formwork, including a heating element, a heat insulation layer and a metal base, the heat insulation layer is made of foam epoxy

Предложенный термоактивный щит позвол ет по сравнению с известным сократить на трудозатраты при его изготовлении и на 10-12% уменьшить теплопотери при его работе.and placed between the heating element and the metal base. FIG. 1 shows a thermoactive shield, top view; in fig. 2 - the same, bottom view; in fig. 3 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The thermoactive formwork panel includes a frame 1 of angle steel with a metal base 2 attached to it, on which penoepoxide 3 is located, which performs the functions of electrical and thermal insulation, and adhesive heating element 4, for example, of conductive polypropylene with internal electrical conductors 5 from the brass grids connected to conducting polypropylene by an ectrusion method. Wiring is organized as follows. Contact bolts 6 are recessed into the polymer heater 4 at the locations of the internal electrical conductors 5. The external electrical wiring is formed by wires 7, attached by clips 8 to the contact bolts 6. The electrical insulation of the contact bolts 6 from the base 2 is made by insulating shields 9. The thermal shield works as follows . The sheaths are assembled into a form mold, which is filled with concrete. Electric heater is supplied to heater 4 through wires 7 from a step-down transformer and the concrete is heated to hardening. The proposed thermoactive shield allows, in comparison with the known one, to reduce labor costs in its manufacture and to reduce heat losses by 10-12% during its operation.
