The invention relates to pipeline transport, in particular, to devices for cutting openings and tapping inlets. pipelines. Installations for cutting holes in pipelines are known, including a worm gear reducer, a housing with an instrumental spindle 11J. . When cutting with such an installation holes, the size of which along the axis of the pipeline is greater than its diameter, it is necessary to rearrange it through the pipeline, which increases the complexity of work and time for cutting holes. Cutting out such openings when carrying out repair work on the pipeline using these openings increases the reliability of clay plugs stuffed into the pipeline, which reduces the time and labor costs for eliminating accidents on trunk pipelines of especially small diameters, moreover, it improves convenience when stuffing plugs. In order to increase productivity when cutting holes, the size of which along the axis of the pipeline is larger than its diameter, in the described device the body is made of upper and lower, installed s rotatably relative to each other and provided with clamps pieces on top of which is mounted the gearbox and the tool spindle is mounted to be offset from the axis of the upper housing. The drawing shows the scheme of the described installation. The housing consists of two parts: the upper 1 and lower 2, having the ability to rotate relative to each other and interconnected by means of the ring 3. Between the ring and the upper part of the case, as well as between both parts of the case, circumferentially mounted balls 4, facilitate turning the upper part of the body relative to its lower part. The gearbox 5 with the spindle 6 carrying the tool (cutter) 7 and the drill 8 with clamps for holding and removing the cut out pile is attached eccentrically to the upper part 1 of the housing. The magnitude of the eccentricity determines the larger size of the oval in terms of the hole to be cut.
