Description

The invention of fire retardant to an oxidizing agent. To methods of purification of natural gas from hydrogen sulphide and can be used in the gas and oil industries. The known method of purification of hydrocarbon gases from hydrogen sulfide oxide} is its elemental sulfur by contacting the gas with an aqueous solution of arsenite and alkali metal arsenate with a molar ratio of arsenate to arsenite equal to 3: 1. 1. The main disadvantage of this method is the toxicity of the Process and corroded instrumentation. The closest to the described invention according to the technical essence and the achieved result is a method of purifying natural gas from hydrogen sulphide by oxidizing it to elemental sulfur by passing the gas through a mixture of acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and sulfuric acid, as a catalyst with a molar ratio of components H25 iCHjCOOH.HjO .i 0.03-0.05: 1-4: 1-2: 0.15-OT2B at 40-50 C 21. The disadvantage of this method is the insufficiently high degree of conversion of hydrogen sulfide, which is 75%. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of conversion of hydrogen sulfide. This is achieved by the extraction of natural gas from hydrogen sulphide by oxidizing it to elemental sulfur by passing the gas through a mixture of acetic acid and hydrogen peroxide in the presence of a catalyst, in which KU-2 cation in the active form is used as the latter. In this case, cation exchanger KU-2 is taken in ;; 5–8 wt.% of the reaction mixture, and purification is carried out at 30–40 ° C. Example 1. In reactor 1, equipped with a stirrer, 2 mol of acetic acid and 1.0 mol of hydrogen peroxide are prevented. Under stirring with a volume rate of 0.063 minutes, the mixture is fed to the reactor 2, filled with cation exchange resin.
