1. 1The invention relates to the field of ferrous metallurgy, namely, alloys, intended for the treatment of liquid steel. An alloy is known for the deoxidation and micro-alloying of iron-based steel, which contains 20% silicon and 15-35% titanium III. Known alloy for deoxidation and micro-alloying of steel 12J, containing, by weight. %: Silicon10. Manganese60 IronOther The general disadvantage of these alloys is the high melting point, which causes great losses of thermal energy when they are used and makes them non-technological. The closest to the proposed invention to the technical essence and the achieved result is alloy 3 of the following composition, weight%: Manganese 40-70 Silicon 10-2B Titanium J-20 Carbon 1-2 Iron. The disadvantages of this alloy are the fact that in rail steel, deoxidized by this alloy, excess carbon in the form of a cementite mesh along the austenite grain boundaries is observed, which leads to embrittlement of the steel. The chain of the invention is to increase the purity of the steel by non-metallic inclusions. This is achieved by the fact that the proposed alloy further contains magnesium in the following ratio of components, weight%: Carbon-0.1-3.0 Silicon-10-40 Titanium. 3-20 Magnesium2-10 Manganese30-60 IronEstal. Magnesium is introduced into the alloy as a means of sparging metal in the ladle, it crushes the austenitic grain and breaks the carbide. An example. Titanium in the form of titanium chips or ferrotitanium and magnesium is introduced into the autoclave melt of silicomanganese. In the course of blending, the reduction of elements is taken into account, which in this case is (%): for manganese 25-30, for silicon 20, for titanium 50 and for magnesium 60-70.- Carbon falls into; i. ligature due to its content in rosplavy. 6689664 fer. The chemical composition of the alloys obtained is given in Table. 1. Table 1
