The goal is achieved by the fact that in the proposed knitwear system of threads forming plush loops on the front side forms plated loops in one row of soil, and in the next row of soil - weft broaches, while plush loops are fixed in the soil with weft pulls.

Plush loops on the front side and loops of the soil, formed from the same system of threads, alternate with each other through a row.

The proposed knitwear is produced on the basis of a “spit-type” decking machine. To obtain this knitwear, a machine with at least three combs and a chain patterning mechanism is necessary.

Knitwear soil is formed from two systems of threads G) and Gz, while the comb for threads PI is cut through the tooth, and the comb for threads Gz is under the thread. Plush loops are formed from the system of threads Ha and Gz, while the comb for threads G2 is cut through the tooth.

The system of threads D) of the first comb forms an interlacing of charm, but it is also possible for the other to lay the threads, for example, tights, 5 tricres and plush the details on the wrong side of the knitwear. The G2 yarn system of the second comb forms an interlacing chain, but other clutches are practically possible, for example, a scraped chain or cloth.

The Gz system of the third comb, forming loops on the front side of the knitwear, forms a plated loop of soil in one row and a weft broach in the other row, while the remaining part of the threads forms plush loops.

In order to obtain a more solid fixing of the plush loops on the front side of the knitwear, the two adjacent threads Gz of the third comb with a full part are alternated with each other to form a pile and a soil.

To do this, it is necessary to make the weft shift for a different number of needle steps for the two subsequent rows (Fig. 4-6).

The proposed knitwear not only allows you to expand the range, but also has

higher quality due to the even structure and simpler to manufacture, which makes it possible to reduce production costs by 10-20%, while the mass 1 M2 decreases.
