Description

(54) METHOD FOR DETERMINING EXPENSE

The invention relates to a measurement technique and can be used, in particular, to determine the amount of transport by pipeline through a pipeline of petroleum products. A known method for determining the amount of medium flowing through a pipeline, concludes that the controlled medium is passed through turbine or chamber meters, which rotate due to the energy of the measured flow 1. The disadvantage of this method is that turbine and individual chamber meters are very sensitive to mechanical impurities and measurement of moisture content of petroleum products. However, installing a filter in front of such meters is also possible due to the large pressure losses on them and the need for frequent pipe stops for changing the filter. The disadvantage is also the dependence of the readings on the viscosity of the controlled medium, which can vary within large limits. There is also known a method for determining the amount of liquid flowing through a pipeline by dividing the flow of the measured medium into the primary and auxiliary and measuring the proportion of the flow rate in the auxiliary branch by which the total flow is judged. At the same time, a restricting element is installed in the mainstream and FILTER and a turbine counter 2 are installed in the auxiliary. The disadvantage of this method is low accuracy, since The result of the measurement is influenced by the change in the technological parameters of the flow and the inconvenience of the cost ratio in the main and auxiliary branches x. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of flow determination. This is achieved by maintaining the rate of flow of the auxiliary flow, ensuring equal pressure drops in the constrictions of both flows. The drawing shows a diagram of the device that implements the offer. way to. Part of the oil products taken from the main pipeline 1, in which the restriction device 2 is installed, is passed through an auxiliary branch 3, which is connected
