(54) ПЕЧЬ ДЛЯ ВЫРАБОТКИ КВАРЦЕВОГО ПРОФИЛЯ(54) FURNACE FOR DEVELOPING A QUARTZ PROFILE

Изобретение относитс  к промышленности строительных материалов, в частности, к оборудованию по производству кварцевого стекла. Известна печь дл  производства кварцевого стекла, состо ща  из кор inyca, смонтированного на схзновании и перекрытого сводом, в рабочем объеме корпуса установлены коаксиально перегородки, причем в центральной перегородке размещена емкос с формующей дюзой. Дл  разогрева пе чи и наплава стекломассы на ЪЬи печи в своде установлена горелка, сов мещенна  с питателем шихты iJ, , Работа печи осуществл етс  следующим образом. Первоначально производитс  вывод ка печи на рабрчий режим, дл  чего факелом через отверстие в своде раз жигают горелку. В течение 24-36 ч повышаетс  температурный режим печи до рабочей температуры (1500-170б с в зоне выброса отработанных газов. Затем включаетс , питатель шихты и начинаетс  наплав стекломассы в ван ну. По достижени.и заданного уровн  начинаетс  выработка стекломассы че рез дюзу. Печь имеет существенный недостаток , заключанвдийс  в том, что в процессе выводки печи материал муфел  ZrOg (двуокись циркони ) под воздействием газовой среды, имеющей избыток водорода - Hj,пре6ращаетс  в Zr-O или , которые имеют более низшую температуру плавлени , чем ZrOg, и начинает разрушатьс , попада  вместе со стекломассой в кольцевые зазоры, образуемые коаксиальными перегородками, а после заполнени  зазоров попадают в ванну наплава стекломасса, в конечном счете загр зн   её. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение чистоты расплава. Поставленна  цель достигаетс  тем, что в печи кварцевого профил , включающей горелку с питателем, смонтированными в муфеле, и формующий элемент, муфель перфорирован на уровне наплава стекломассы, причем отверсти  перфорации соединены кольцевым каналом, св занным с источником поступлени  защитного газа . , В процессе выводки и работы печи в кольцевой канал .через питающие патрубки подаётс  кислород с давлеThe invention relates to the building materials industry, in particular, to equipment for the production of quartz glass.
