Description
В исходную сточную воду добавл ют соединени азота в виде аммиачной воды и аммофоса и фосфор в виде аммофоса до соотношений ( БПК5 : N ; Р 100 Внесение аммиачной воды осуществ ют в камеру смаиени после усреднигел , а аммофоса - в возвратный ил (нижний иловый канал аэротенков).The invention relates to methods for biological treatment of wastewater deficient in nutrients, for example, industrial pulp paper and photochemical plants, production of artificial windows, etc. It is known to introduce biological wastewater as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, etc. 1. The above biogenic additives are introduced in excess, their optimal doses have not been established, which leads to the mineralization of the purified runoff. A known method of biological treatment of wastewater pulp and paper industry by aeration with active sludge and the introduction of salts of nitrogen and phosphorus to concentrations due to contamination of wastewater by P 100 BOD (BOD, subsequent sedimentation and recirculation of active sludge. About Nitrogen is used as a source of ammonium sulfate, ammonia water or ammonium phosphate, and phosphorus is introduced as ammonium phosphate solution or military superphosphate extract 2. The lack of purification according to this method is a large amount of suspended matter. The purpose of the invention is to increase the degree of wastewater treatment. The goal is achieved by introducing compounds containing potassium and magnesium as nutrient additives to potassium and magnesium concentrations of 5.7-7.0 and 11.2-14. , 0 mg / l, respectively. Preferably, in order to create optimal conditions for sorption of activated sludge by microorganisms, potassium and magnesium are introduced into recirculated sludge. The method improves the sedimentation and flocculation properties of water production of pulp and paper production by weighted substances 2.5 times. At the same time, the mineralization of the treated wastewater does not increase. An example. Nitrogen compounds in the form of ammonia water and ammophos and phosphorus in the form of ammophos are added to the initial wastewater to the following ratios (BOD5: N; P 100 Ammonia water is introduced into the smearing chamber after averaging, and ammophos to return sludge (lower sludge channel of aeration tanks) ).
The addition of potassium and magnesium containing compounds up to potassium and magnesium concentrations of 5.7-7.0 and 11.2-14, O mg / l, respectively, is carried out into recycled sludge together with ammophos, the sludge of which is an additional source of these elements.
