2.365 This detector contains a pulse driver 1, the inputs of which are connected to the sources of input 2 and supports HOIX). 3 signals, and a series-connected DC power supply 4, the first switch 5, the integrator 6, the second switch 7, the storage capacitor 8, the buffer amplifier 9 with adjustable transmission coefficient, the output of which is connected to the input of the integrator 6. At the same time, the output of the pulse shaper 1 connected to the control input of the first switch 5 and through the one-oscillator 10 to the control input of the second switch 7, and frequency-voltage converter 11 is connected between the control input of the amplifier 9 and the source of the input signal 2. Phase detector works as follows. When signals are applied to the inputs of the imaging unit 1, pulses appear at its output, the duration of which will be proportional to the phase shift. These pulses through the switch 5 connect the input of the integrator 6 to a constant voltage source 4. As a result, the connection of a constant voltage source 4 to the input of the integrator 6 at the output of the last voltage, which at the end of the period of operation of the former by a single-oscillator 1O through the switch 7 is transferred to the capacitor 8 and stored there until: the arrival of the next pulse. As a result of the charge of the capacitor 8 at the output of the amplifier 9, the voltage is supplied to the input of the integrator 6 and changes the nature of the voltage rise of the integrator so that the output voltage of the amplifier 9 is proportional to the phase shift cf of the compared signals. At a constant phase shift at the output of the phase detector, a constant voltage is established, i.e. in the steady state, the voltage on the Bbcxo je of the phase detector does not depend on the frequency of the input signals. The maximum performance of the circuit is achieved in volume. if - ° P1c K is the gain ratio of the amplifier 9; T - periop frequency. In this case, the transient i process will last for one period of the input signal. To fulfill this condition, frequency-voltage converter 11 is introduced in a wide frequency range. This converter produces a signal that changes the gain of amplifier 9, i.e. v-f (2) Substituting the relation (2) the expression we get: CT. oL From (3) it follows that now the condition for maximum speed does not depend on frequency. The approximate nature of the dependence of K5; cL f does not have a valid value. This phase detector provides a speed equal to the period of the input frequency in a wide frequency range. The invention includes a phase detector comprising a pulse shaper, whose inputs are connected to input and reference sources, and a series-connected constant-voltage source, a first switch, an integrator, a second switch, a storage capacitor, and a buffer amplifier, the output of which is connected to the integrator's input; This output of the pulse former is connected to the control input of the first key and through the one-shot it is connected to the control input of the second key, characterized in that, in order to increase the speed An extensive reorganization in the frequency range, a buffer amplifier configured to controllably transfer coefficient, and between its input and the control input signal source enabled inverter frequency-voltage.
