Description
(54) METHOD OF ABRASIVE TREATMENT
The invention relates to the treatment of curved surfaces of products by the method of grinding and polishing. There is an abrasive treatment method in which an elastic agent is placed under pressure by the required pressure of the viBHTa and the tool is brought into contact with the surface to be treated 1. A disadvantage of the known method is the impossibility of ensuring that the working surface of the tool fits snugly to the surface of the product because of the high compressibility of gases. The aim of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities in the processing of curved surfaces. For this, according to the proposed method, a liquid is taken as an elastic agent. The essence of the method is explained in the drawings, where in FIG. 1 shows a grinding and polishing tool for treating linear and curved surfaces of products; in fig. 2 - the same for processing spherical and aspherical surfaces. On the tool body 1, the working surface 2 of the tool is mounted, and the cavity through the nozzle 3 is filled with a shock, which serves as the base for the working surface 2. The required pressure inside the tool cavity is used to impart a surface tools of various properties of elasticity and elasticity are controlled by the pressure indicator 4. To expand these tools, the tool’s gas is additionally launched through the pipe 5 into the cavity, the pressure of which also Uhlir widely. In an elastic working surface, solid, as compared with the main working surface, are made of core 6 to obtain an intermittent wave on the working surface with a periodic and aperiodic law of their location. The device shown in Figo 1, works as follows. The force P, which is controlled by pressure indicator 4, acts on the product 7, then, through the elastic working surface 2, displaces a part of the liquid until
произойдет полное прижатие обрабатываемой поверхности издели к рабочей поверхности инструмента.there will be a complete pressing of the processed surface of the product to the working surface of the tool.
With a relative movement of the product 7 and the tool, the treated surface of the product 7 overcomes the resistance of the wave front of the fluid that occurs inside the tool cavity and creates a corresponding elastic traveling wave on the working surface 2 of the tool. Due to the incompressibility of the fluid, the resistance of its wave arising inside the tool cavity is large compared to gas (air) at the same pressure.
Consequently, with the same elasticity of the working surface, the elastic properties of its deformation are as many times higher as the resistance of the liquid is higher than the resistance of the gas under the same conditions.
The tool shown in FIG. 2 works as follows.
2.Fluid is pre-poured into the tool cavity through the pipe 3, and force P is made to compress the treated surface of the product 7 by an elastic working surface 2.
5 This position of the tool is fixed when cooling the possibilities with respect to their movement.
4.Then through the pipe 3 finally serves the liquid, and if necessary, then through the pipe 5 - and gas. The pressure inside the tool cavity, and consequently, the required amount of elasticity of the working surface 2, is controlled by the pressure indicator 4.
