The invention relates to devices for drying bulk and powdery materials and may find application in the chemical industry. A known induction vibratory dryer for bulk materials, comprising a cylindrical body with an inductor placed outside and disk pouring shelves, which are located inside the body, along the river side. However, the known dryer has not high efficiency. The purpose of the invention is to increase the thermal efficiency of the dryer. This is achieved by the fact that the shelves are attached to the case by means of conductive elastic elements connected to the electrical network, and are made with grooves in which electric heating elements are placed at an angle of 30-90 to the power lines of the inductor magnetic field and electrically connected to the elastic elements. FIG. 1 schematically shows a dryer, a general view; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The dryer contains a cylindrical body 1, an inductor placed outside the body. 2, the pouring shelves 3 which are inside the body, attached to the body by resilient conductive elements 4 and having grooves with electric heating elements 5, a hopper 6 for the starting material and a conical bottom 7. The process of drying the wet material in the dryer is as follows. The source of wet bulk material is loaded into the hopper 6 and continuously released on the top shelf 3 Rus. When the inductor 2 and the electric heating elements 5 are connected to the network and the electromagnetic fields of the inductor and electric heating elements interact, the shelves on the casing 1 oscillate with the help of elastic conductive elements 4, through which electric current is supplied from the autonomous circuit to the heating elements 4 When the shelves oscillate, the material goes into a vibro-liquefied state and successively moves from top to bottom along the shelves 3 of the rus. The heat required for the evaporation of moisture is supplied by the induction heating of the butts, and its effectiveness depends on the angle
