Оно  вл етс  наиболее близким к изобретению по технической сущности и достигаемому результату. Приспособление 2 дл  подгибани  кра  пленки и нагревани  его смонтировано концентрично прижимной плите 1 и имеет полость 11, сообщающуюс  через форсунку 12 с источником сжатого воздуха (на чертеже не показан). Нож 5 дл  обрезани  кра  пленки расположен на приспособлении 2 дл  подгибани  кра  пленки и нагре вани  его, а на ноже установлен нагревательный элемент 13, например, импульсного типа. Прижимна  плита 1 укреплена на штоке силового цилиндра 14 с возможностью вертикального перемещени , при этом в прижимной плите образованы каналы 15 дл  подачи холодной воды и подобной ей жидкости. В процессе подготовки устройства к работе на стол 7 устанавливаетс  сосуд 8 (см. фиг. 3), подлежащий укупорке. Затем стол 7 опускаетс  до тех пор, покаторцова  кромка 16 сосуда 8 не приходит в контакт с нат нутой в горизонтальной плоскости пленкой 4, укрепленной в приспособлении 6 дл  ее нат жени . После этого под действием силового цилиндра 14 прижимна  плита 1 вместе с ножом 5 опускаетс  (см. фиг. 4), в результате чего пленка 4 прижимаетс  к торцовой кромке.16 сосуда 8 и обрезаетс  ножом 5, причем обрезка ее осуществл етс  по першиетру, размер которого больше периметра торцовой кромки сосуда. Через каналы 15 прижимной плиты 1 пропускаетс  охлаждающа  вода дл  того, чтобы плита не нагревалась до температуры, при которой возможна усадка пленки 4 прижимной плитой. Далее силовой цилиндр 14 (см. фиг. 5 и 6) опускаетс  дл  подгибани  и зафальцовывани  кра  3 пленки 4, выступающего за торцовую кромку 16 сосуда 8. Подгибание пленки осуществл етс  приспособлением 2 дл  подгибани  кра  пленки и нагревани  его, которое при этом опускаетс  ниже торцовой кромки 16 сосуда 8. Одновременно с фальцовкой и сразу же после нее через форсунку 12 продуваетс  гор чий воздухГВ результате этого выступающий за торец сосуда 8 край 3 пленки 4 поджимаетс  (см. фиг. 7) и приклеиваетс  к стенке и торцовой кромке сосуда , герметизиру  его. Воздух, подаваемый в полость II и форсунку 12, имеет посто нную температуру. в полости 11 приспособлени  дл  подгибани  кра  пленки и нагревани  его может быть установлен нагревательный элемент 17 ( см. фиг. 8). After that, under the action of the power cylinder 14, the pressure plate 1 together with the knife 5 is lowered (see Fig. 4), as a result of which the film 4 is pressed against the end edge of the vessel 16 of the vessel 8 and is cut off by the knife 5, and its trimming is carried out along the length of which is greater than the perimeter of the end edge of the vessel. Закрытый пленкой торец сосуда 8 может быть нагрет с помощью нагревательного элемента 24 дл  надежности укупорки сосуда пленкой. Обрезанна  пленка 4 (см. фиг. 11), выступающа  за торцовую кромку сосуда 8, может быть поджата к торцу сосуда с помощью прижимной плиты I, на которой смонтировано приспособле.ние 2 дл  подгибаний кра  пленки и нагревани  его, при этом нагревание осуществл етс  гор чим воздухом , как и в описанных ранее вариантах, подаваемым в полость приспособлени  2. The tension and feed of the film are carried out from the reel 22, and the film is fed discretely at predetermined time intervals. The spent film is wound onto the drum 23. The film-closed end of the vessel 8 can be heated using a heating element 24 to reliably seal the vessel with a film. The cut film 4 (see Fig. 11) protruding beyond the end edge of the vessel 8 can be pressed to the end of the vessel using a pressure plate I, on which is mounted a device 2 for bending the edge of the film and heating it, while heating hot air, as in the previously described embodiments, fed into the cavity of the device 2. The shape and dimensions of the pressure plate 1 can be changed in accordance with the shape and dimensions of the vessels (see Fig. 12). Claim 1.
