Description

Способ изготовлени  строительного блока , имеющего форму пр моугольной призмы , состоит в подготовке каким-либо способом гипсового блока-заполнител , например , путем формовки в заданных размерах и доведени  его до необходимой степени обезвоживани . После обработки резанием до нужных размеров и обеспыливани  гипсовый блок помещают в профиль из пластмассы определенного сечени  так, чтобы боковые стороны гипсового блока хорощо соприкасались с соответствующими внутренними сторонами профил . Строительный элемент, изготовленный таким способом , разрезают на блоки необходимой длины , а незакрытые торцы полученных блоков закрывают днищами, образованными из той же пластмассы, что и профиль, которые затем приваривают или приклеивают к кра м профил . Туда наливают гашеный гипс, который помещают в услови , подход щие дл  затвердевани  и сущкн Б самой коробке.
