The invention relates to the field of metallurgy, can be used in hardening heat treatment of beryllium bronze and is an improvement of the known method described in ed. St. № 511383. Mostly author sv. No. 511383, cl. C 22F 1/08 describes a method for heat treatment of copper-based alloys, including quenching, aging, deformation with a degree of 50-90% and re-aging at 150-300 ° C for 1-5 hours.
е. неоднородностью структуры первичного старени .When processing according to a known method of beryllium xx bronzes (for example, BrB2 and BrB2.5), the stability of the results is low, since in beryllium bronze the quenched-a-solid solution decays during the initial aging process with simultaneous (competing) participation of two mechanisms separation of particles of the secondary phase in the volume of the grain and intermittent (cellular) release of the excess phase originating along the grain boundaries, i.e., heterogeneity of the structure of the primary aging.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the stability of the properties of Bernley bronzes.
The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the proposed method, the hardened alloy is heated for the first aging at a speed of 3-15 ° C / min; moreover, this aging is carried out with irs 340-380 ° C for 1.5-2.5 hours.
With simultaneous regulation of the temperature of the first aging and the heating rate for aging, the decay of the entire alloy volume proceeds only by the intermittent release mechanism, with complete intermittent decomposition, i.e., a uniform primary aging structure is obtained, which allows stabilizing the properties of beryllium bronzes.
The method is carried out as follows.
The alloy is quenched from a temperature of 720-820 ° C, heated under aging at a rate of 3-15 ° C / min to 340-380 ° C, kept for 1.5-2.5 hours, deformed to a degree of 50-90% and repeated aging at 150-300 ° C for 1-5 hours
Example. BrB2 beryllium bronze samples are quenched from 770 ± 5 ° С to water, then subjected to aging at 360 ° С for
4 ч. 4 h. Heating for aging is carried out at a rate of 5 C / min. After deformation and final aging, the alloy has higher and more stable characteristics as compared with the known method.
The results are shown in the table.
The proposed method can be used in the manufacture of conductive elastic elements of responsible purpose from strips and tapes of beryllium bronzes.
