4.This invention relates to transducer protection devices. An overvoltage protection device is known, which contains resistors, a capacitor, a response and an actuator I. A disadvantage of this device is the presence of false positives. The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved results is an overvoltage protection device containing resistors, capacitors and a reacting organ, made on two transistors and connected to an actuator made on the thyristor 2. The disadvantage of this device is also low selectivity . The purpose of the invention is to improve the selectivity. To achieve this, the device is equipped with an additional transistor, the base is connected to the point, the connection of the resistor and the capacitor, and the emitter-collector transition is connected between the collector rfepBoro and the base of the second transistors. The drawing is a princess circuit protection device. In the absence of overvoltage, transistor 1 is locked because its collector voltage is below the base (reference), the auxiliary transistor 2 and transistor 3 are disconnected from the power source, and no voltage is applied to the control electrode of the thyristor 4 of the actuator. . During overvoltage, the voltage at the emitter of transistor 1 will exceed the magnitude of the reference voltage, transistor 1 is unlocked, transistor 2 is connected to the power supply, but only unlocks after the appearance of the unlocking potential on the base, i.e. when capacitor 5 is charged. If overvoltage occurred during the period of normal operation of the installation, then at the time of the occurrence of overvoltage the capacitor 5 is charged and transistor 2 is unlocked. Since transistors 2 and 3 are in the open state, an increase in emitter currents causes an increase in their collector current, and hence the base current of transistor 1, which leads to an avalanche-like transition of all transistors to the saturation mode. In this case, the voltage removed from the resistor 6 is applied to the thyristor control transition 4.
In case of short-term overvoltages arising during stepwise supply or switching of the supply voltage, the protection circuit does not work, because the charging time of the capacitor 5 exceeds the duration of the switching surges.
