Приборы ДЛЯ испытани  корда и т. п. материалов на сжатие путём закреплени  образца ® зажимах и приложени  к нему сжимающих усилий широко известны. Предлагаемый прибор построен по типу этих обпдеизвестных приборов, но отличаетс  от них выполнением органа, осуществл ющего многократную передачу сжимающих усилий испытуемому образцу в направлении, поперечном его оси. Орган этот предста1вл ет собою пневматическую упругую камеру, наход щуюс  под воздействием толкател .Instruments for testing cords and the like of materials for compression by clamping a sample ® clamps and applying compressive forces to it are widely known.
