Недостатком устройства вл етс невысока точность. Целью насто щего изобретени вл етс повышение точности устройства. Цель достигаетс тем, что в устройство введены второй и третий счетчики, два элемента ИЛИ и триггер,счетный вход которого подключен к выходу первого элемента ИЛИ, входы которого соединены с-выходом первого счетчика и выходом второго счетчика , св занным с первым входом второго элемента ИЛИ, второй вход которого подключен к выходу элемента И, а выход - к выходу устройства, счетные входы второго и третьего счетчиков соединены с выходом генератора импульсов, а их установочные входы - со вторым выходом блока па.м ти и вторым входом устройства., выход третьего счетчика подключен к первому входу элемента И, второй вход которого соединен с выходом триггера.
