Description

Изобретение откоситс  к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению, в частнос ти к устройствам дл  стерилизации почвы .в сооружени х защищенного грунта. Известны устройства дл  стерилизации почвы, питаемые источником тока и выпол ненные в виде попарно движущихс  в почве электродов 1j. Недостатком таких устройств  вл етс  неравномерный нагрев почвы в межэлектродном пространстве. Это объ сн етс  тем, что при нагреве в начальный момент почва имеет больщую влажность и меньше сопротивление, и значение тока имеет мак- снмальную величину. При дальнейшем нагре ве почва у поверхности иссушаетс , увеличиваетс  сопротивление, в св зи с чем значение тока, поступающего в межэлектродное пространство уменьшаетс  и, э конечном итоге прекращаетс  ее дальнейший нагрев. Известны также устройства дл  стерилизации почвы, включающие электронагрева1Рвльную камеру, подключенную к исто нику тока с раэмвшевтгым в ней шнеком с приводом . Основными недостатками этих устройств  вл етс  сложность конструкции, обусловленна  установкой трех полых электродов и св занную с ним систему вод ного охлаждени , необходимостью в повышенной изол ции между корпусом и электродом, а также между электродами, установкой приемного бункера. Кроме того, необходимость распредел ть почву по толщине после ее стерилизации резко снижает производительность устройства. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение равномерного нагрева почвы при ее перемешивании и повыщение производительности. Дл  этого предложенное устройство снабжено самоходным шасси, на котором шарнирно закреплена электр(шгревательна  камера с размешенным в ее передней части подрезающим ножом, при этом шнек подключен к источнику тока. The main disadvantages of these devices are the complexity of the design, due to the installation of three hollow electrodes and the associated water cooling system, the need for increased insulation between the housing and the electrode, as well as between the electrodes, and the installation of the receiving hopper. In addition, the need to distribute the soil through the thickness after it is sterilized dramatically reduces the productivity of the device. The purpose of the invention is to ensure uniform heating of the soil when it is mixed and to increase productivity. For this, the proposed device is equipped with a self-propelled chassis, on which an electric device is hinged (the heating chamber with an undercutting knife placed in its front part, while the auger is connected to the current source.
