Description

С каландра 4 текстильный материал через компенсатор 7 поступает в камеры дл  сушки и термостабилизации. В камере 5 материгш высушиваетс  на обогреваемых барабанах 8 и в прогрето состо нии проходит между .р дами инфракрасных излучателей 9, при этом материал получает окончательную термическую обработку с фиксацией и сохранением на материале поверхностного эфФекта каландрировани , устойчивого впоследствии против MHoro кратных механических воздействий, в частности стирок, на готовые товарные издели . Затем материал поступает в охладительную камеру 10, где охлаждаетс  до требуемой температуры и далее скатываетс  в рулон. Охлаждение материала необходимо дл  сохранени  его физико-механических и качественных показателей . В зависимости от особенностей технологическог процесса и вида обрабатываемой ткани , например, в случае термической стабилизации с последующим каландрированием тканей технического назначени  из синтетических волокон, камеры дл  сушки и термостабилизации могут быть установлены перед каландром .From the calender 4, the textile material through the compensator 7 enters the chambers for drying and thermal stabilization.
