The pulse amplitude analyzer is known, which contains amplitude discriminators, the inputs of which are connected to the output bus through an anti-match element, and the input bus through the element of determining the maximum time is connected to the strobe generator .1). However, this analyzer does not have insufficient accuracy. The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy. In the analyzer described, this is achieved by introducing a pulse expander, a signal to be discriminated, a differential amplifier, a code analog converter, a two-stage OR element, and a delay line to the first input of the switch. and with the input of the expander, the output of which is connected to the non-inverting input of the differential amplifier, the inverting input of which through a converter code analog connected to the output bus and the output of the differential amplifier is connected to the second input of the switch, the output of which is connected to the inputs of amplitude discriminators, and the output of the strobe generator is connected to the control input 1 of the switch, to the first input of the OR element, and to the input of the delay line whose output is connected to the control input O switch, with the second input element OR, and with the input Reset expander. The drawing shows the scheme described by the analyzer. It contains an expander of 1 pulses, a switch 2 of the discriminated signal, an element 3 for determining the maximum moment, a differential amplifier 4, amplitude discriminators 5, a generator 6 of a coffin, a converter 7 code analog, an anti-coincidence element 8, a two-input element OR 9, a delay line 1O and a bus 11, the bus 11 is connected to the first inputs of the expander 1 and the switch 2 n via the element 3, the generator 6 and the line 10 - with the first input of the element 9, the second input of the expander 1 and the control input O of the switch A switch 2, the control input 1 of which is connected to the output of the generator 6 and the second input of the element 9, the output of which is connected to the control input of the element 8. The inputs of the CARRIER discriminators 5 are connected to the output of the switch 2, the second input of which is connected to the output of the amplifier 4, noninverting the input of which is connected to the output of the expander 1, and the inverting input to the output of the converter 7, the inputs of which are connected to the corresponding outputs of the element 8, which are the outputs of the analyzer. The essence of the analyzer's operation is the introduction of an exact counting operation in addition to the rough counting operation, carried out by the system of amplitude discriminators 5 and gated elements 8. The exact counting operation immediately follows the rough counting operation and takes the same time. Consequently, the total duration of the measurement increases by about two times, while the accuracy increases by (I-1) times, where the h is the number of amplitude discriminators used in the device 5. The measured pulse goes to the expander 1, where it is converted into a pulse with a flat top whose amplitude is equal to the amplitude of the pulse received. Simultaneously, the measured pulse through switch 2, which is in the O position, is fed to the inputs of discriminators 5, as well as directly to the input of element 3. Element 3 triggers and starts generator 6, which, through element 9, gates element 8. During strobe operation on one from the outputs of element 8, a pulse appears that corresponds to the result of the first measurement {rough count). This pulse goes to the analyzer output and simultaneously to the input of the converter 7, the output of which under the action of the incoming pulse produces a voltage jump, whose amplitude is equal to the senior threshold of the amplitude discriminating amplifiers of this measurement 5. The voltage jump arrives at the inverting input of the amplifier 4, the non-inverting input of which receives a signal from the expander 1. A signal representing the difference between the amplitude of the measured signal and the threshold of the highest triggered disk amplified by k times iminatorov 5 is supplied to a second input of the switch
