Description

Широко известны электрические нагревательные устройства индукционного типа, в которых нагреваемое изделие образует вторичную обмотку трансформатора. Предметом насто щего изобретени   вл етс  способ извлечени  из таких приборов нагретых изделий.Electric induction type heating devices are widely known, in which the heated product forms the secondary winding of a transformer. Согласно изобретению, дл  облегчени  извлечени  издели , из нагревательного прибора, используютс  электродинамические усили , возникающие между первичным током в неподвижной катущке прибора и вторичным током, возбужденным в изделии.According to the invention, in order to facilitate the removal of the product from the heater, electrodynamic forces arising between the primary current in the fixed coil of the device and the secondary current excited in the product are used.

Прибор представл ет собою электромагнит переменного тока с магнитопроводом / и обмоткой 2, питаемой однофазным током нормальной (или иной) частоты. The device is an AC electromagnet with a magnetic core / and a winding 2 fed by a single-phase current of normal (or other) frequency.

Подлежащее нагреву изделие 4 вводитс  через кольцег-ую щель в магнитопроводе / и образует как бы вторичную обмотку.
