(54) FUNCTIONAL CONVERTER
The invention relates to measuring and computing techniques, specifically to the functional conversion of linear changes, into EMF. Transformer functional converters are known, in which the dependency is necessary due to the profiling of magnetic shields, in which short-circuited turns and secondary circuits 1 are used. A functional converter is also known that contains a 6-shaped magnetic circuit with an excitation winding and a shaped secondary circuit on it. reinforced by means of threaded pairs on an insulating frame in the working gap of the magnetic circuit 2. Induction in the gap of a constant magnetic circuit dimensional, and the law of varying the EMF determined by the profile of the secondary winding circuit. Due to the constancy of the magnetic circuit, the phase of the output EMF remains constant. The disadvantages of these structures include the low average steepness of the transformation due to the need to have a working gap sufficient to accommodate a winding or an effective shield. Closest to the invention functional transducer with; Profilirovanno-, mobile movable core containing a stationary b-shaped differential 11151Y ml of pipeline. The middle rod of which is located (j6.i () TKa excitation, and measuring winding 3. The disadvantage of this transducer is the considerable instability of the output emf phase, which makes it impossible to use it in autocompensation systems, reduces accuracy and degrades dynamic properties. The reason for the instability of the phase is the inconvenience of the magnetic flux penetrating the measuring winding, it leads to a variable ratio of the length of the magnetic flux tube through the air and the ferromagnet. - stabilization of the output emf phase while maintaining a high average conversion steepness. This goal is achieved by the fact that the functional transducer contains a movable ferromagnetic core made in the form of a plate with a through slot of constant width, the shape of which corresponds to the realizable function, and located in the gap -shaped differential magnetic circuit, and the measuring winding is made in the form of two concentrated semi-windings connected oppositely and placed on the side rods X fixed B-shaped differential magnetic conductor. FIG. 1 shows a functional transform whose general form; in fig. 2 shows section A-A in FIG. 1. The converter contains a movable ferromagnetic core 1 in the form of a plate with a profiled through-groove of constant width, located in the gap of the fixed 6-shaped differential magnetic circuit 2, on which the excitation winding 3 is located, measuring half windings 4 connected in opposite directions. When the ferromagnetic core 1 is moved relative to the magnetic core 2, the center of the groove moves to the right or left, changing the ratio of the magnetic conductivity of the right and left halves of the magnetic core, which leads to the redistribution of the total magnetic flux and, therefore, the EMF of the half windings. Due to the linear dependence of the emf on the displacement of the center of the groove, the shape of the groove repeats the function graph. The width of the groove is determined from the condition of providing the maximum average steepness of the transformation and is approximately equal to half the width of the middle plate of the magnetic circuit. The use of a 5-shaped magnetic circuit makes it possible to obtain a high uniformity of the magnetic field in the gap. The differential design, along with the constant width of the groove in the ferromagnetic core, makes it possible to maintain a constant cross-sectional area of the magnetic field in the moving part of the magnetic circuit. Thereby, the constancy of the total magnetic flux coupled to the right and left measuring half windings is achieved. In particular, it remains constant.
