The invention relates to individual means of respiratory protection, namely, the construction of respirators used when operating at low ambient temperatures and the presence of active and inactive aerosols in the air. A respirator for protection of the respiratory organs Astra-2 is known, which includes a light rubber half mask, two filtering elements with inhalation valves and a valve, and exhalation {l}. The main defect of Astra-2 is, inadequate, the tightness of the half mask in the line of obturation and the expiratory valve. The closest solution known to the invention in its technical essence is a respirator-dust trap, consisting of a hard mask and a protective casing, in which a microcharger and absorber 2 are fixed. The main disadvantages of this pyrant dust collector are the impossibility of its use at low ambient temperatures and the absence of a screen at the entrance of the mask, which impairs its operation. characteristics. The purpose of the invention is to provide optimal breathing conditions in a respirator at sub-zero ambient temperatures. This is achieved by the fact that the respirator case is made of two shells: the outer one, to which the obturator is attached on the one hand, and the microsized supercharger on the other, and the internal one, between which the heating element is installed. FIG. 1 shows a respirator, general view, section; in fig. 2 - check valve body, section. A self-contained respirator with air flow contains an outer shell 1, to which, on the one hand, an oburer 2 is attached, and the other - a micro-consumption supercharger 3, an inner shell 4 serving as a screen. The heating element 5, check valves in the outflow 6, is a filter element 1 attached to the outer shell 1 by a lid 8. Through filter 8, the filter element 7 and the micro flow blower 3, air is fed into the space between the two shells 1 and 4, in which it heats element 5, 3 and through the gap between these shells enters the respiratory zone. In this case, the cuff 2 is tightly pressed against the face due to internal excessive pressure. Extra intake air along with part of the excess air is removed through outlet check valves 6, which are located in the housing. 9. The overpressure created by the microcharger eliminates the possibility of contaminated air entering the pdmasma space. The presence of a heating element in a respirator significantly expands its scope, especially at ambient temperatures below.
