Известен также инстр ент дл  рас катки коЛец, содержащий наружный нажимной валок, внутренний раскатной в лок и формующую матрицу, а также спрейер, кинематически св занный с приводом перемещени  внутреннего вал ка. Этот инструмент, наиболее близкий по конструкции к предлагаемому, не обеспечивает закалку раскатываемого кольца непосредственно в зоне обработки , что не позвол ет улучймть механические свойства материала кольЦелью изобретени   вл етс  повышение точност  раскатанных колец и улучшение механических свойств их материала.
