С 04 В 43/10, 1973. : The invention relates to occupancy of building materials, mainly to fire protection of building structures. A fire retardant mixture is known that includes a binder, a burner and an unburned intumescent filler l. However, such a mixture does not provide sufficient fire resistance of building structures. The protective mixture most closely related to the invention of the fire contains liquid steel and mineral fiber filler, mainly fluffed asbestos and fiberglass. 2 The disadvantage of the known flame retardant mixture is its low resistance to fire. increase the fire bone of the mixture. This goal is achieved by the fact that the mixture additionally contains unfired hydrated mica fractions of 0.15-1.2 mm with the following ratio KONtnoHeHToe, wt.% 5 Liquid glass 35-60 Fluffed asbestos 10-20 Fiberglass 5-10 Unfired: hydrated mica 25- 35 in quality: raw calcined mica mixture contains a vermiculite ore concentrate of the following particle size distribution, wt.%: 0.15-0.3 mm 15-35 0.3-0.6 mm 55-65 0.6-1.2 micron 10-20 Introduced into the flame retardant mass, unfired vermiculite, when exposed to fire, begins to swell. In this case, there is an intense release of water, which, when converted to vapor, is understood. temperature at the surface of the coating and improves the thermophysical properties of the coating due to mixed vermiculite. In the manufacture of fire mixture, first liquid glass is interwoven with glass fiber, then fluff asbestos is loaded into the mixer and the components are again thoroughly mixed. Next, the unfired, hydrated mica is loaded and the resulting mixture is stirred in a forced mixer until complete homogeneity. Examples of the compositions of the proposed flame retardant mixture are given in the table. . The use of a fire-resistant mixture increases the fire resistance of the coating by 15-20% and reduces its cost by 10-12%. Claim 1. Fire retardant mixture comprising liquid glass g fluff asbestos and glass fiber, characterized in that, in order to improve fire resistance, it additionally contains unbaked hydrated mica fractions of 0.15-1.2 mm in the following ratio of components, weight. %: Liquid glass 35-60 Aybest loose 10-20 Fiberglass 5-10 Unbaked hydrated mica 25-35 2. The fire retardant mixture according to claim 1, which is caused by the fact that in the quality baked hydrated mica a contains the concentrate of vermiculite ore of the following graAul composition, wt.%: 0.15-0.3 mm 15-35 0.3-0.6 mm 55-65 0.6-1.2 mm 10-20 Sources of information accepted during examination: 1 .
