Description

(54) MINERAL BOTTOM

An example would be mineral wool of the following optimal composition, 63%, and 37% CaO, obtained by melting a composition of quartz sand and burnt lime, taken t1) 1x in

IISOC.the ratio of 0.64-0.38. The temperature of this melt is 1500 ° C and the melting point of mineral wool is 130 ° C; the temperature resistance of mineral wool is IISOC.

An example is also the mineral on cotton wool of the following i-rich compositions: ei% 5i02H 39% CaO, obtained by melting the same components, taken in the ratio O, 62: 0.4; and 65% 5i02 35% CaO, obtained by melting the same components, taken in a ratio of 0.66: 0.36. The temperature of the working viscosity of the melts of these boundary compositions is higher than the temperature of the working composition of the optimum composition and equal to 1530 ° C, the melting point of mineral wool sown, the filter material is 1320 ° C, the temperature resistance of 1150 ° C. Further expansion of the boundaries of the proposed composition the optimum composition indicated, the production temperature rises more and more.
