(54) PLASTIC PUMP
The invention relates to positive displacement pumps for hydraulic drives of machines, namely plate type pumps. Plate pumps are known that contain a stator with clamping distributors B1 discs, in a shaped bore of which a rotor is mounted with plates placed in its grooves. The plates are fitted with inserts, to the ends of which, working fluid is supplied through the rotor channels under pressure. The diameter of the grooves coincides with the diameter of the location of these channels in the rotor 11. The disadvantage of this pump is a decrease in the volumetric efficiency of the pump due to the fact that when the distribution discs are deformed, the gaps in the area of the annular grooves increase. To reduce leakage from the annular grooves, the grooves in the rotor must be lengthened, which reduces the rigidity of the rotor and thereby limits the value of the operating pressure. The purpose of the image is to increase the volumetric efficiency of the pump. The target is achieved by the fact that the rotor canals are led to its end face on a diameter smaller than the diameter of the slot arrangement. , FIG. 1 shows a pump, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 - the same cross section. The vane pump comprises a housing 1, in the bore of which a stator 2 is installed. Inside the stator 2 there is a rotor 3, in the slots 4 of which there are plates 5 with inserts 6. Two distribution discs 7 and 8 lie on both sides of the stator 2. In disks 7, 8 at the ends facing the rotor 3 there are annular grooves 9 located at a diameter smaller than the minimum diameter of the location of the slots 4 in the rotor-3. These grooves are connected to the injection cavity 10 and through the channels 11 in the rotor 3 with the cavities 12 between the plates 5 and the inserts 6. When the rotor rotates, the plates 5, which enter the rotor slots 4, are carried away by the latter so rotating and reciprocating; living along the grooves. Between two adjacent plates 5, the inner surface of the stator 2, the outer surface of the rotor 3 and the ends of the disks 7 and 8 adjacent to the stator, cavities are formed, the volume of which changes during rotation
