Преоваритепьна обработка ueMeHta в сгержневой мельнице привоаит к увеличению удельной поверхности, повышению его химической активности и активации за счет нарушени кристаллической структуры в жу- шего и накоплени в ией дефектов. Повышение химической активности в жушего обуславливает более интенсивное его взанмоцействие с водой на самьтх ранних стади х гидратации и повышение исходной прочноети окатышей. Окатыши, полученные из смеси концентрата и актнвиэированиого цемента в меньшей степени подвержены деструкции (образование трешин и ослабление внутренней структуры), так кЛк в большей степени противосто т возникающим при нагреве и изотермической выдержке внутренним давлени м , например, расшир ющегос в порах окатышей воздуха. Дальнейшее по сравнению с изложенным повышение качества окатышей и сокрашение времени их упрочнени было достигнуто при уменыгении деструкции образнов, обусловленной потоком мигрирую- шей при нагреве влаги. Дл этого примен ю предварительную выдержку окатьиией при нормальных температу{)ах перед уско юнным твердением.
