Description
The present invention relates to the isolation of fiber fibers from hemp stalks, kenaf, canthus, kendyr, and other similar dying plants.
At present, isolation of labial fiber from these plants is composed of the following interactions. The stems harvested from the floor are dried in the open air and then moistened in water in natural or artificial reservoirs, or the stems are processed by boiling in boilers. To speed up the process of soaking or decoction, various chemical reagents are added to the water. When the stems are soaked, they are unloaded, dried in air or in special dryers, and then machined on milling and breaking machines. This processing method has the following disadvantages.
1. Material is loaded into urine pools or boilers, from which the share of industrial garbage is far from the weight of the whole mass. Consequently, the volume of a basin or boiler is used only as compared with if a campfire had been previously removed from the stems or decoction from the stems, and the consumption of water and chemical reagents would be reduced by approximately three times.
2. The structure consists of thin-walled cells with very large air cavities, which are filled with water during boiling and boiling. The fibrous part of the stem, by contrast, consists of thick-walled cells with a barely visible cavity. Consequently, it will take much more time and heat to spend soaked stems on drying soaked stems without first removing campfires than drying one bast tissue.
The dried stems after the lobe are subjected to further processing on the milling machines and scutching machines in order to remove the fire, soften and clean the bast fiber from the adhering cells of the wood and the epidermis. The connection between the bast and the wood during the lobe is broken, but upon subsequent drying, it is partially restored again, due to the drying of the bonding, incrustation substances between the duo and the wood. The bonfire, when dried, becomes coarse and tears the fiber when broken. If the fire is removed from the stalks to the lobe, then there is no need for subsequent vigorous .hagic processing.
Based on the above considerations and the experiments made by the author, the following method of treating bast plants is proposed.
Stems harvested from the floor are mowed and frayed or immediately after harvesting or pre-drying HOC-iie to remove
Perhaps most of the wood parts, without violating the integrity of the lupus tissue of the stalks of the hen, Konon, Kendyr, and other strand plants. Then, a bowel or butt welding, squeezing on a roller press, subsequent drying and final machining are performed.
