Description
Кроме того, осажденный металлический слой не должен присасыватьс (прилипать) к поверхности формы, так как в тех случа х , когда слой не отдел етс свободно от формы, неивбежны повреждени ка-к формы, так и самого трафарета .In some industries (metalworking, ceramic, etc.), metal stencils are used for matting or using paints. For regular flat surfaces, the complexity of stencil manufacturing is determined by the hardness of the metal from which the stencil is cut and the complexity of the stencil pattern. In the same cases, the surface of the product has a complex shape (for example, parts of machines, ceramics, etc.), the manufacture of metal stencils becomes very laborious and complex. The stencil should fit snugly to the surface of the workpiece, as in the opposite case the sharpness of the contours of the inscription or pattern is lost. This difficulty is avoided by using lead or tin sheets to make stencils. The use of these materials, facilitating the process of making stencils, at the same time is adversely reflected in their operational properties due to the high softness of lead and tin. Making stencils, especially of a complex configuration, is greatly facilitated if they are made using an automatic graft making method. To do this, in a form that accurately reproduces that part of the surface of the product to be processed or expanded, a metal layer is deposited in an electroforming process of the required thickness, and the places corresponding to the stencil gaps are made non-conductive on the frame and | metal is not covered. The de-molded metal layer, which has lumens and maintains an accurate shape configuration, is a finished stencil. This method is especially convenient in that, at a number with a significant acceleration of work, it makes it possible to manufacture stencils from solid metals, i.e., to increase the period of use and operation. The main difficulties in the manufacture of stencils by galvano-plastic method are: a) the selection of materials for forms that must be durable, acid-resistant, and besides, by themselves or after simple processing have an electrically conductive surface, b) applying stencil gaps; the material must firmly adhere to the form, it is enough to resist; mechanical wear, be acid resistant and non-conductive. In addition, the deposited metal layer should not stick to the surface of the mold, since in those cases where the layer is not separated freely from the mold, damage to both the mold and the stencil is not inevitable.
Porcelain is used as a material for forms meeting the above requirements.
Глазурь графитированию не поддаетс , что облегчает самый процесс графитировани .As for the material for the stencil gaps, according to the invention, glaze is offered as such. The very same form on those parts of its surface that serve to deposit the metal of the stencil is graphitized, in order to make it electrically conductive. Glaze does not lend to graphitization, which facilitates the very process of graphitization.
In terms of mechanical strength and acid resistance, the molds produced in the manner described correspond well to the technical requirements. The metal layer deposited on the graphitized surface separates very easily. The cost of such forms is low.
