15, 1970.The invention relates to rotary-type centrifugal separators and serves to separate a substance into fractions. A centrifugal separator is known, whose rotor has a channel for supplying a liquid to be separated containing a solid fraction (sludge), a central outlet channel for the separated liquid component and peripheral holes for removing solid matter. fraction (sediment), and is equipped with a device for periodically opening the peripheral holes 1. However, the known device does not provide high accuracy The number of the separated sludge in the rotor due to poor availability of space in the sediment concentration, and difficulty determining the boundary between the fractions. The aim of the invention is to more accurately determine the amount of sediment in the rotor cavity and increase the degree of automation of its discharge. This goal is achieved by the fact that the separator is equipped with a device for feeding an auxiliary liquid into the rotor cavity, the density of which is greater than the density of the separated liquid component but less than the density of the sediment, as well as a sensitive element designed to determine when the interface between the separated liquid component and the auxiliary liquid in the cavity of the rotor will reach a predetermined level, while the sensing element is connected with a device for periodically opening the peripheral holes. FIG. 1 shows the proposed centrifugal separator, cross section; . FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a fluid in a separator. The device contains a rotor 1 with channel "a for supplying liquid to be separated, central exhaust channel" b for separated liquid - Mponent and peripheral holes "in d /; removing solid fraction, device 2 for periodically opening holes" c, device 3 for supplying the auxiliary liquid to the rotor cavity, the sensing element 4 associated with the device 2 for periodically opening the apertures c. The separator works as follows. Through conduit 5 and channel, the rotor 1 is loaded with a mixture of liquid and solid components. At the same time, the device .m 3 is supplied with auxiliary liquid through pipelines 5, 6 and channel "a. This fluid has a density less than sediment, but greater than the density of the liquid component. Consequently, in the rotor, sediment will collect around the periphery, and an interface will form between the liquid component and the auxiliary liquid. While the liquid component is continuously removed from chamber 7 through the orifice g, the interface moves in the radial direction towards the inside of the rotor, both due to an increase in the auxiliary liquid and due to an increase in the amount of separated sludge. At the same time, the fluid flow is pumped through channel "g and chamber 8 via pipeline 9, from where it is directed back to the rotor through pipeline 5 and channel" a. As long as the interface is located in the radial direction outside the orifice of the channel “d, the liquid component flows through the pipeline 9, in which the pressure is almost constant. But when the interface reaches the channel d, the pressure in the pipeline 9 will quickly fall, and auxiliary liquid will flow into it. Further, as the interface moves toward the rotor axis, the pressure in the conduit 9 rises. The pressure increase is detected by the sensing element 4, the signal of which is fed to the control device 10, the control device 2 of the periodic opening of the holes "B", and the sediment is discharged through the pipe 11. The auxiliary liquid may not flow into the rotor at a constant speed. It is possible, periodically opening a hole “in, to keep a certain amount of liquid in the rotor depending on the type and amount of sediment in the liquid to be separated. In this case, the time interval between the opening times of the holes "c" will depend on the volume of sediment in the liquid. The inside of the rotor is provided with a distributor 12 and conical plates 13 for reliable mixing of the liquid. The use of auxiliary liquid and a sensing element in this separator allows one to more accurately determine the amount of the separated sediment and automate its discharge. The invention has a centrifugal separator, the rotor of which has a channel for supplying a liquid containing solid fraction (sediment) to be separated, a central outlet channel for the separated liquid component and peripheral holes for removing the solid fraction (sediment), and is equipped with a device for periodically opening peripheral holes, characterized in that, in order to more accurately determine the amount of separated sediment in the rotor cavity and increase the degree of automation of its discharge, the separator is equipped with An agent for supplying an auxiliary liquid to the rotor cavity, the density of which is greater than the density of the separated liquid component, but less than the sediment density, as well as a sensitive element designed to determine when the interface between the separated liquid component and the auxiliary liquid in the rotor cavity reaches a predetermined level at This sensing element is associated with a device for periodically opening the peripheral holes.
