3 5946334I I The invention relates to the coating of powdered polymeric materials in an electric field, relates to a structure for applying a powdered material in an electric field and can be used, for example, in electrical engineering in the production of laminated electrical insulating materials. Devices are known for applying shear-shaped polymeric materials in an electric field to a dielectric substrate, comprising a fluidization chamber with a corona electrode. However, the known devices do not provide sufficient quality coating. The closest in technical essence to the present invention is a device for applying a powdered polymer material in an electric field to a continuously moving dielectric substrate. whose poles are grounded. The disadvantage of this known device is its insufficient productivity. This is due to the fact that, due to the incomplete charging of the particles of the powdered polymer material, the rate of its deposition on the moving substrate is not high, which in turn limits the speed of movement of the substrate, and, consequently, the productivity of the devices. The goal is achieved by the fact that the bottom of the fluidization chamber is wavy with perforations and connected to the second pole of the high voltage current source. The drawing shows schematically the proposed device for applying powdered polymeric material in an electric field. The device contains a camera 1 pseudo-residuals, the bottom 2 of which is made, for example, from. metal with a wavy and perforated surface and suspended to the chamber by means of elastic. sa 3, forming a whole pseudo-liquefaction chamber. The bottom is connected to the negative pole of a high-voltage power supply with 32 currents, the positive pole of which is grounded. A grounded cylindrical electrode 5 is placed above the bottom of the chamber, along the surface of which PASSES; filler 6, for example paper. Under the bottom of the fluidization chamber there is a pressurized chamber 7, which is connected via an elastic element 8, for example a corrugated tube, to an air ionizer 9, and the latter is connected to a compressed air supply system (not shown). The bottom of the fluidization chamber, by means of electrical insulating cable, is connected to the vibrator 10, for example, mechanical. The device operates as follows. Powdered material is poured into fluidization chamber 1. A vibrator 10, a high-voltage current source 4, an ionizer 9 and a compressed air supply system are included. The compressed air, the passage of the ionizer, is pre-ionized and enters the chamber 7 of the supercharging under the bottom 2 of the fluidization chamber. Under the action of compressed air passing through the perforation of the bottom 2 and the vibration generated by the vibrator 10, the polymer powder becomes fluidized, and its particles are charged in contact with the bottom surface. 2 fluidization chambers with negative high potential. . The charged particles of the applied powder by the forces of the electric field formed between the bottom 2 and the grounded electrode 5 move the field along the power lines and are uniformly deposited on the surface of a continuously moving dielectric base 6 (paper, fiberglass, etc.). Due to the fact that the bottom of the fluidization chamber is wavy, its surface increases significantly. This leads to an increase in the number of powder particles in contact with. Bottom surface and, consequently, to an increase in the number of charged particles. Thus, making the bottom of the fluidized bed fluidized chamber increases the charge of the particles of the applied powder, i.e. the approximation of the charge of particles to the maximum possible3 5946334
