Description
2.The invention relates to glass compositions which are used as protective filters during welding operations. Known glass of the following composition weight 5 "0; i 32-70, 1-30, CaO 1-30,. NajO 8.5-25, ZrOj 3-16, F eO + 3-2O, Kg O 1-20. The closest to the technical essence and the achieved result to the proposed glass is glass brand TC-3, which has the following composition by weight.%: AiOa.65,5-68,5 5,5 9-1 i NaiO15 in excess of 100% N and C2 -1, C0.4-1.5. The disadvantage of these glasses is low crystallization stability. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the crystallization capacity of glass. This is achieved by the fact that the glass containing so2SaO, MgO and F is HBiO and ABjO, additionally contains one comment from the group of oxides 5y, BaO, with the following ratio of components 67, O-71, O 13.0-15.0 1 , O- 4.0 O, 5-2.0 9.5-10.5 1.5-2.0 one component from the group BaO, .SrO, l, t 005-Z.O With the introduction of 5pO or BaO together the crystallization properties of glass are improved with CaC and MgO. Ui O, in addition to improving the crystallization properties, improves glass melting. Increasing the multi-component composition has a positive effect on other properties of glass (chemical resistance, viscosity, etc.). Specific compositions of the glasses are given in table. 1. The above glass formulations are varied in conventional fiery furnaces and can be produced by the VVS method. The high crystallization stability of the glasses in the working range is illustrated in Table. 2
