Description
Iv(54) THE METHOD OF OBTAINING THE BIOUSING SOLUTION OF S S IADCARBONIC S, - C. ACID. Aqueous organic solutions should be additionally cleaned. In order to obtain highly pure organic solutions of supracarboxylic acids in the proposed method, aqueous solutions of supracarboxylic acids obtained by a known method from hydrogen peroxide and carboxylic acid are subjected to extraction with t-butyl or trioctylphosphate at 5-50 ° C and normal pressure followed by desorption using solvent to form azeotrope jC with water, at 4О-1ОО С and residual pressure of 2О-400 mm Hg. Art. Extraction of anhydrous supracarboxylic acids from aqueous solutions is carried out predominantly at 10–30 ° C, and desorption at a residual pressure of 5–250 mm Hg, Art. Desorption is advantageously carried out in the presence of a solvent having a boiling point below the boiling point of a phosphoric ester, for example, an aliphatic carboxylic ester. The desorption product may be subjected to azeotropic distillation at a residual pressure of 20-400 mm Hg, Art. in the presence. solvent having a boiling point below the boiling point of the corresponding supracarboxylic acid. As initial aqueous solutions of supracarboxylic acids, OO-8O%, mainly 20-60% solutions can be used. The implementation of the method is followed in the following way. Extraction is advisable to be carried out in a continuous manner, preferably entirely counter-current in conventional equipment used for this purpose, such as, for example, extraction columns of a disk or packed type, with or without pulsation. Rings, saddle-shaped nozzles, and spiral nozzles are suitable as packing bodies. Mesh, tunnel and cap plates are used as tyrelok. A dosed supply of an aqueous solution of supercarboxylic acid is carried out nekol just below the head portion of the column, and an ester is supplied from the lower end of the column. In the head part of the column, a substantially dehydrated padcarboxylic acid solution is taken, containing negligible amounts of active Oxygen, removed from the bottom of the column. Extract straight; 1 put on desorbs. nadcarboxylic acids in a vacuum thin layer ™ evaporator, preferably with moving parts, details, one time, the necessary solvent is supplied to the evaporator, and part of the solvent is sent in metered amount to the lower part of the evaporator. After co-condensation of the desorption product, organic solutions of supracarbs of new acid, partially containing water, are obtained. The removal of the latter is determined by the conditions for further use. In some cases, organic solutions of carboxylic acids without pre-azeotropic dehydration can be used. To obtain anhydrous organic solutions of supracarboxylic acid, the desorption product is fed to a distillation unit, preferably operating in a continuous process. Water is discharged from the head of the column equipped with a separator, and the solution of carboxylic acid is withdrawn from the bottom part. when used to desorb a carboxylic ester having a higher boiling point than the carboxylic acid, a carboxylic acid ester having a boiling point lower than that of the carboxylic acid is added to the desorption product. The ester) carboxylic acid is selected so that small amounts of supercarboxylic acid are distilled off from the desorption product, together with water and a stripping agent. At the same time, it is carefully monitored so that no dangerous high concentrations of supercarboxylic acid are created in the column (the boiling point of the mixture is lowered). Suitable for desorption are solvents having a lower boiling point than the phosphoric ester used. CAN esters of carboxylic acid, chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, or a mixture of these solvents MAY be used. Preferably, the carboxylic acid ester is used. The concentration of organic solutions of supracarboxylic acids is determined taking into account the economy and the safety of the process. For these reasons. the solutions may have a concentration in the range of 10-6 O%, preferably 20-50%. Example. The unit for isolating extraction with feeding devices consists of a 2 m long tube with a diameter of 2.8 cm, inside of which there are 40 | Mesh bottoms with 1 mm holes. The column operates on the principle of pulsation created by a pulsating pump and operates in countercurrent. The results of the experiments on the extraction are presented in table. Iv
