Claims (1)

  1. полиэфир - стирол. После этого в еще влажный слой всыпают вспенивающиес  гранулы полистирола с размером зерен 2 мм. После высущиваии  адгезионного сло  на него наливают полиуретановый пенопласт. Процесс вспенивани  протекает как в примере 1. Технико-экономические преимущества изобретени  состо т в том, что упрочн етс  обща  св зь пограничного сло , повышающего прочность сцеплени , дополнительно происходит механическое разрушение вспепивающей пленки , так как в процессе вспенивани  слой посредника сцеплени  подвергаетс  действию реакционного тепла вспенивающей системы, причем одновременно увеличиваютс  частицы, вдающиес  в образующийс  пеносердечник. Таким образом, даже при высокой механической и динамической длительной нагрузке прочность многослойного элемента конструкции определ етс  не прочностью сцеплени  поа параметрами пеносердечникровных слоев, ка. Формула изобретени  Способ соединени  металлического или пластмассового сло  с опорным сердечником из жестких полиуретановых пенопластов, включающий нанесение на металлический или пластмассовый слой хле  на основе полиуретана с наполнителем пли без него и последующее покрытие зернистой добавкой, отличающийс  тем, что, с целью повышени  прочности сцеплени , в качестве зернистой добавки используют гранулы пеноиолистирола с размером зерен 0,2-3 мм, способные при 60-150° С увеличивать свой объем.
