(54) МЕТАЛЛИЧЕСКАЯ СВЯЗКА АЛМАЗНОГО ИНСТРУМЕНТА
Прессование алмазоносного сло  нроизводитс  при удельном давлении 500-2500 кг/см, а крепление сло  на корпус - общеизвестными способами.
При шлифовании заготовок оптического стекла на станке мод. ШП 3-350 м при числе оборотов шпиндел  инструмента - 2100 об/мин, усилии прижима Р - 2 атм и числе двойных ходов поводка -42, с охлаждением - 3% водный раствор «Эмус, круги формы АП 150X1,5, АСМ 20/14, 25% обеспечивают снижение расхода алмазов в 2,0 раза и повышение производительности обработки в сравнении с известными алмазами кругами дл  шлифовани  оптического стекла.
