Description

По способу были сварены цилиндрические детали диаметром 10 мм и высотой 1 мм из кремни  марок КЭФ через электропровод щую промежуточную прокладку из никелевой фольги марки НЧМ толщиной 0,2 мм по следующему режиму: температура сварки - 200°С, давление - 2,3 кгс/мм, врем  - 20 мин, вакуум 5. мм рт. ст.; выступающа  часть прокладки составл ла 10 мм. Регистрацию величины сварочного давлени  одновременно вели манометром и по показа и м микровольтметра .
