216.(54) CONTROL SYSTEM OF HYDRAULIC DRIVE / BRAKES OF LIFTING MACHINES pa 1, having upper hydraulic and lower pneumatic cavities, is divided by a new internal hydraulic cylinder 3, which is a piston 3, which divided the internal hydraulic cylinder into two chambers. One of the chambers opposite the hydraulic cavity of the outer cylinder communicates through channel 4, located in the piston with the pneumatic pressure regulator 5, and the other with the air collector 6, communicating with the pneumatic valve 7 controlled by the vacuum 8. Hydraulic cavity of the outer hydraulic cylinder 1 is connected to the channel 9 with hydraulic spindle 10 of the actuator 11 of the brake through valve 12 and non-return valve 13. In addition, this cavity is connected to the reservoir 16 of the brake fluid through the safety fuse 14 and the check valve 15, and the opposite pneumatic The cavity of the hydraulic ESD is through the channel 17 with the pneumatic valve 7. The brake actuator control system works as follows. At the initial time, the inner cylinder 2 and the piston 3 occupy the lowest position, while the main cavity and the coarse hydraulic and hydraulic cylinder U of the drive are filled with atmospheric air. To fill them with brake fluid from the air collector, compressed air is fed directly into the lower chamber of the inner cylinder, and through the electropneumatic valve 8 and pneumatic valve 7 into the lower cavity of the outer cylinder. In this case, the inner cylinder 2 and the piston 3 are moved to the uppermost position. Crane 12 overlaps one of the branches of the pipeline connecting the hydraulic cavity of the outer cylinder with the hydraulic cylinder 10 of the actuator 11. By means of the valve 8, through the valve 7, a compressed water is discharged from the lower new side of the outer cylinder. At this moment, the internal cylinder 2 together with the piston 3 is lowered and sucks the brake fluid from the reservoir 16 into the hydraulic cavity through the return valve 15. With further supply of compressed air from the air collector 6 with the pressure of the electrical air valve to this cavity, and through the valve 7, the internal cylinder 2 with the piston 3 is mixed into the upper position, as a result of which hydraulic fluid is pushed out from the hydraulic cavity through the check valve 13 into the hydraulic cylinder 10 of the driver 11 . To fill the 10 m cylinder with the synchronous release, it is necessary to rotate several such strokes of the inner cylinder 2 with the piston 3. During the last stroke to the extreme upper position of the inner cylinder 2 with the piston 3, the excess amount of brake fluid through the safety valve 14 is discharged into the reservoir 16. In the distended state, the maximum possible brake fluid pressure is established in the hydraulic cavity, balanced by the highest pressure of compressed air in the lower cavities of both cylinders. In the upper cavity of the inner cylinder during this period of time the air pressure is equal to atmospheric. For normal operation of the machine, the valve 12 is opened, together directly with the hydraulic cavity of the outer cylinder with the hydraulic cylinder 1O of the drive. The working braking occurs by switching on the voltage in the coil of the pressure regulator 5, in which air pressure proportional to the voltage in it is created in the upper cavity of the inner cylinder. Under the influence of this pressure, the piston 3 moves downward, and at the same time, under pressure of the maximum compressed drive spring, the brake fluid is pushed out of the cylinder by the internal piston, choosing an idle stroke and ensuring smooth control of the braking torque proportional to the air pressure in the upper cavity of the internal cylinder. It is released by releasing air into the atmosphere from this cavity through a pneumatic pressure regulator 5 by removing the voltage from the coil. The safety braking of the dehumidification is as follows. In the event of an emergency, the respective sensors simultaneously de-energize the coils of the pneumatic pressure regulator 5 and turn on the voltage to the coil of the electropneumatic valve 8. At the same time, the pressure regulator 5 automatically sets a predetermined first braking pressure in the upper cavity of the inner cylinder. This process is the same as with working braking. Further, with a certain time delay by means of the electro-pneumatic valve 8 through the pneumatic valve 7, the compressed air is gradually released from the outer cylinder to the atmosphere. At the same time, at the beginning of the pressure decrease in this cavity, the piston 3 under the action of the maximum maximum pressure of the air begins to mix up, the pressure of the first braking stage is compressed, squeezing the air from the upper cavity with the pressure of the first stage through the pneumatic pressure regulator 5 to the atmosphere. Second stage of safety hindrance c. a further decrease in pressure. The brake fluid will start after the piston 3 has reached its highest position. After the release of compressed air. the spirit from the lower cavity of the outer cylinder, the brake fluid pressure will drop to zero and braking will occur with the greatest brake MtMvieitTOM. In the process of preventive braking, cylinder 2 with piston 3 will take the lower position. After each safety brake, the brake control system returns to its original position.
