Description
Изобретение относитс к строительству и эксплуатации дренажных и водоотводных устройств туннелей в услови х сурового кли мата, а именно к предотвращению перемерзанн коллекторов, предназначенных дл отвода воды из-за обделки в водоотводные лотки туннелей. Известны дренажньГе коллекторы, выполненные в виде трубок, закладываемых в обделку , начало которых располагают в месте скоплени воды за обделкой, а конец вывод в водоотводной лоток туннел l Недостатком их вл етс неприспособленность к работе в услови х холодной зимы. Известен коллектор дл отвода воды из-з обделки обводненных туннелей, включающий згшоженную в тело обделки водоотвод щую трубку и устройство дл ее обогрева . Недостатком такого коллектора вл етс потер теплоизол ционных свойств теплоизол цией и необходимость значительных за трат энергии на обогрев. Цель изобретени - повышение экономичности обогрева коллектора за счет использовани тепла, переносимого протекаюш.ей по водоотБОд щей трубке туннел водой. Цель достигаетс тем, что устройство дл обогрева выполнено в виде герметичного кольцеобоалнпго баллона с испарителем и конденсатором, заполненного теплоносителем , причем испаритель расположен в водоотводном лотке ниже уровн воды. На фигуре изображена схема коллектора дл отвода воды. Коллектор выполнен в виде закладываемой в тело обделки водоотвод щей трубки i, соедин ющей водоприемник 2 с внутритуннельной канавкой 5 или ее водоприемным кольцом 3. Вывод трубки также может быть осуществлен в лоток дренажной штольни , сооруженной р дом с туннелем. Устройство дл обогрева водоотвсд шей трубки 1 выполнено в виде герметичного кольцеобразного баллона 4. Верхний конец баллона выполнен Ь форме воронки и представл ет собой конденсатор 6. The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of heating the collector by using the heat transferred by the flow through the water discharge pipe of the tunnel with water. The goal is achieved by the fact that the device for heating is made in the form of a hermetic ring-shaped balloon with an evaporator and a condenser filled with coolant, the evaporator being located in the drainage tray below the water level. The figure shows a collector circuit for draining water. The collector is made in the form of a drainage tube i, which is inserted into the body of the lining, which connects the water intake 2 to the inner tunnel groove 5 or its water inlet ring 3. The output of the tube can also be carried out in a drainage gallery tunnel constructed by a tunnel. The device for heating the water outlet of the neck 1 is made in the form of a sealed annular balloon 4. The upper end of the balloon is made in a funnel-shaped form and is a condenser 6. The lower projecting balloon is an evaporator 7 to improve heat exchange conditions.
