The invention relates to the field of light measurements, in particular, to the control of the quality of illumination with regard to reflected brilliance.
A device is known for assessing the effect on the visibility of reflected luster created by a working lighting installation. The device is designed to determine the ratio of illuminances, providing a constant level of contrast sensitivity. One value of illumination is determined for a real object of visual work under illumination created by a working lighting installation, and another value is determined by a reference lighting installation creating a completely diffused illumination. The device consists of a reference lighting installation (illuminator, creating a completely diffused illumination) and a device for determining the contrast sensitivity. First, the contrast sensitivity and luminance are measured while observing a real object when it is illuminated by a working lighting unit having reflected luster. It is then determined how much it is necessary to reduce the illumination when observing the same object when it is illuminated by a reference lighting installation so that the level of contrast sensitivity remains unchanged. The ratio of the measured illuminances allows the reduction of visibility to be calculated.
A disadvantage of this device is the need to use a complex instrument for determining contrast sensitivity and subsequent cumbersome calculations.
It is also known a device for assessing the influence of distant brilliance, designed to determine the visibility of an object when replacing its illumination with a completely diffuse light to the illumination created by a working lighting installation.
The device consists of a reference lighting installation and a device for measuring visibility, which is a meter with a field of view of 1 °. With the same
5 illumination created by the reference and working lighting installations, determine the reduction of the visibility of a real object with a working lighting installation compared to the reference installation. The decrease in visibility is determined by measuring the luminance of the object of observation and background, followed by the calculation of the effective contrast.
A disadvantage of this device is the need to use a specially designed sophisticated device for determining visibility and diffuse illumination in the workplace where the operating lighting installation is located. The closest technical solution to the invention is a device in which reflective-white plates are used to estimate the ratio of the number of its falling and its reflected light. The device comprises a meter, a white plate and a radiation source. Milk glass, pressed magnesium oxide, etc. are used as white ilastinas. These plates have a uniform white surface and are used in conjunction with rock gauges. The brightness of the white plate iportsionalig. illumination, i.e. the amount of light falling on it. The change in the quality of the incident light, which is characterized by the brilliance of the lighting installation, does not affect the brightness of the plate.
A disadvantage of this device is that it is impossible for them to assess the quality of the illumination.
Цель изобретени - оценка вли ни блескости источника излучени на процесс измерени .The purpose of the invention is to assess the influence of the brightness of the radiation source on the measurement process.
Достигаетс это тем, что белую пластину выполн ют в виде диффузной отражающей пластины с нанесенным на ней диффузным изображением объекта наблюдени .This is achieved by the fact that the white plate is made in the form of a diffuse reflecting plate coated with a diffuse image of the object of observation.
The drawing schematically shows the proposed device.
4.The device contains a visibility meter 1 (meter), a polarization monocular device M-53A, a diffusive plate 2 made of matte photo paper are used as a visibility meter. The diffusion of elastic 2 is located on the working plane 3 and is illuminated by luminaries 4.
The operation of the described device is as follows.
The working plane 3 alternately places a diffuse reflecting splash 2 in its place — the working sample; after the lights turn on the lamps 4 and determine the visibility of the object on the plate 2 and the sample.
Due to the fact that the background of the plate and the image of the object deposited on it have a diffuse reflection, there is no effect of the brilliance of the lighting installation on the visibility of the white ilastina.
