The invention relates to the field of filtration, in particular to filters for the purification of liquids from mechanical impurities, and can be used in the chemical, petroleum refining industries, as well as in agriculture. A filter for cleaning liquids is known, comprising a housing, a filtering element with a shielding shell placed inside it, and a regenerating device 1. The surface of the rotary filtering element is regenerated by a flow. The rest of the known filter is that the filter element is rotated manually. A filter for cleaning liquids is also known, including a housing, a filter drum, a hydraulic actuator, a discharge and settling chambers, nozzles for introducing and discharging a filtered liquid and sediment 2. This filter is closest to the invention in its technical essence and the achieved result. The disadvantage of the known filter is that the hydraulic drive is located before the filter drum and an additional stream of pure liquid is required to regenerate the filter surface. When placing the hydraulic drive to the filter drum, part of the kinetic energy of the fluid flow is lost to the hydraulic drive of the filter drum, i.e. decreases the filtering effect, hence the performance of the filter. The additional flow of the regenerating fluid requires an additional device for its supply, which greatly complicates the design of the filter. The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the cleaning process by continuous regeneration of the filtering surface. This goal is achieved by the fact that the hydraulic actuator is installed in the discharge chamber with a filter drum on one shaft with it. Due to this distinctive feature, continuous automatic regeneration of the filter drum surface, i.e., filter elements fixed on it, is achieved from the main fluid flow without an additional flow of the regenerating fluid and the regenerating device. FIG. 1 shows a filter, a general view; in fig. 2 - section A-A of FIG. 1. The filter consists of a vertical mortar casing / with pipe 2 for input ;; filtering fluid, settling chamber 3 with a tube 4 for removing sediment and a diverting chamber 5 with a pipe 6 for draining the filtered liquid. Between flanges
мента притерта к внутренней кромке ступенчатого корпуса с зазором , разным чейке фильтрующего элемента.the stepped housing is fitted with centering discs 7 and S with sliding bearings 9, and 10, in which a rotating shaft 11 is installed with a filter drum 12. A filter element 13 is fixed to the drum, and a hydraulic actuator 14. The hydraulic actuator is installed in the diversion chamber 5 above the filter drum. The centering discs 7 and 8 have openings for the passage of sediment and the flow of filtered liquid. The upper edge of the filter element is lapped to the inner edge of the stepped body with a gap, a different cell of the filter element.
The filter works as follows.
When the tube 4 is filled up, the filtering liquid is pressurized through the nozzle — it is supplied to the housing 1. At the same time, the liquid, the passage through the filtering element, enters the drum cavity, where it is divided into two streams. One stream, the main one, is directed along the shaft to the turns of the hydraulic drive and drives it into rotation; another tray penetrates the filtering element again and, by itself, frees its cells from particles trapped there when they are found, and opposite the inlet nozzle 2, and goes along the filtering element to the hydraulic drive. The solid particles, freed from the cells of the filtering element, under their own weight, through the windows in the grating disk 7, are sent to a settling tank for 3 d (Sludge removal and are collected there before periodic unloading.
The proposed filter provides continuous automatic filtration of the liquid and regeneration of the filtering surface with subsequent periodic discharge of solid sediment, which significantly increases the efficiency of the cleaning process.
